Scott has been engaging leaders for some of Canada’s most respected hospitality organizations since he founded Bellhouse Hospitality (formerly Profile Hospitality Group) in 2011. Focused on senior leadership searches, Scott brings over 20 years of restaurant operations expertise, in major Canadian cities including Vancouver, Winnipeg and Toronto for notable brands such as Oliver & Bonacini and Earls. During his decade-long tenure at O&B, Scott played a pivotal role as Director of Operations in the opening of five new restaurant locations and mentored dozens of promising individuals into management roles. Tapping into his passion for advising and teaching, Scott provides guidance to the Bellhouse team, and has taught leadership courses at George Brown College and guest lectured at the University of Guelph.

Shannon has been working behind the scenes at Bellhouse since it was first formed as Profile Hospitality Group in 2011. With degrees in Psychology and Statistics from UBC, early career roles as a Research Associate and Psychometrist with The Hospital for Sick Children and The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), Shannon brings a range of expertise to the Bellhouse team, overseeing everything from the company’s research and analytics to measuring and tracking placement success rates, to salary surveys and reputation management. Always prepared to roll up her sleeves, Shannon stands at the ready to ensure every step of our process runs smoothly.

Elyse has all the attributes of a successful Recruitment Consultant – deep industry knowledge, high emotional intelligence, and remarkable resilience. Her years of experience operating her own small business, leading teams, directing operations, managing events, and opening new locations for iconic Canadian restaurant brands help Elyse understand the value in finding great-fit candidates. Skilled at creative sourcing and attracting passive candidates, she has placed senior-level leaders in hotels, private clubs, and restaurants across Canada. Elyse brought her industry expertise to Bellhouse Hospitality in January 2020 and is based in Vancouver, BC.
Giving Back
From very first jobs to complex leadership roles, our life’s work has been in the hospitality industry. We are proud to support the future of our industry by giving back. Through our partnership with the University of Guelph we award annual scholarships to deserving students that we believe are future leaders in Canadian hospitality. We sponsor the University of Guelph Sustainable Restaurant Project and hire Hospitality and Tourism Management Co-op students completing their Bachelor of Commerce degree. Our team members also give generously of their time by sitting on non-profit boards and guest lecturing at local academic institutions.
